Organic Wine

Our production includes five labels:

  • FATTORIA IL TORRIONE D.o.c.g., (Morellino di Scansano), 100% Sangiovese
  • SASSI GROSSI D.o.c.g., (Morellino di Scansano), 100% Pure Sangiovese with a passage in oak barriques French for 1 year
  • MATILDE D.o.c Maremma white 50% Ansonica, 50% Malvasia
  • VERMENTINO I.g.t white
  • TOMMA I.g.t red

Organic extra virgin olive oil

Our extra virgin olive oil (EVO) is cold ground and available in various formats.

Organic type 1 flours

For 10 years we have been cultivating ancient grains, with non-genetically modified seeds (Senator Cappelli whole wheat and Autonomia normal wheat) and spelt.
These cereals are processed on the farm into flour and semolina, with a millstone mill.

Our organic type 1 flours are of various types and sizes:
(1 kg, 5 Kg and 10 Kg)
flour type 1 whole wheat regrind Senator Cappelli,
type 1 flour of soft wheat Autonomy and spelt flour.

They are all ideal for making bread, pasta, pizza, cakes and biscuits.

Organic whole wheat pasta

Our pasta is rich in fiber and contain few gluten and easily digestible. We have various types of long and short pasta: pappardelle, tagliatelle, pici, roselline, fusilli, and strozzapreti.

Organic spelt pasta

Our spelt pasta is very delicate, rich in fiber and containing even less gluten than whole wheat pasta, not very elastic and easily digestible. We have various types: linguine, penne, roselline and fusilli.

Organic spelt and puffed spelt

We grow our organic spelt which, after decortication, is transformed into puffed spelt, in 3 types: natural, honey and chocolate, ideal for breakfast or hulled spelt excellent for salads and soups.

Spelt cakes and crackers of organic spelt and corn

Our organic cakes and creckers are ideal snacks for a snack or to accompany breakfasts and meals, excellent with jams and honey, but equally good enjoyed naturally.

Organic wildflower honey and jams

We transform our fruits into excellent and exquisite jams with the addition of organic sugar: grapes, quinces, pears, apricots, plums and peaches. Our wildflower honey to combine with sweet and savory dishes.
